Summary
This report will request that Cabinet formally adopts for use the 2019 Housing Allocations Policy, as amended in 2025. It will also request a delegated authority to the relevant Director to make further changes to the policy as required by legislative changes.

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Cabinet.
