Summary

This report will ask the Cabinet to agree the commencement of a procurement for the Highways Infrastructure Contract. This will comprise three Lots - Lot 1 (Highways Term Maintenance Contract), Lot 2 (Tunnels Specialist Framework) and Lot 3 (Capital Works Framework).
